Our server was also the bartender and I can honestly say he was absolutely amazing. He made me feel like my strange allergies were important to him and made sure we found a safe option for me to be able to eat. The staff amd manager was so friendly. Our food came out nice and hot and delicious. We will absolutely be back!

We had a great experience at red oak. We sat at the bar, had amazing service. The food and drink were so great! Definitely will be back.

This place is an absolute gem. Every dish we ordered was prepared perfectly and arrived at the table looking beautiful. The steak was seasoned exactly right and paired wonderfully with the loaded mashed potatoes topped with plenty of cheese and bacon. I was also a big fan of the burger, which came served with a tasty side of pasta. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality. We will definitely be back soon.

First time, it was wonderful. The lime marg though almost took me right out. 3 ounces of liquor at 11 in the morning!? OMG that needs to be called a shot. My server tried to fix it though, I appreciate that! Shotout to you! (I'll find the receipt and add your name). Food was delicious. Perfect temperature. As a first timer I was truly pleased.

Red Oak is situated in a nice plaza in Odessa so parking is easy (free). The location isn’t huge but it’s a decent size. When we arrived we were offered a table by the front door, but we declined. They have a nice area upstairs, which was much better. Of note, the stairs are pretty high. I wouldn’t recommend drinking a lot if you sit upstairs. I could see someone falling down those if they were intoxicated. Service wise, our waiter was friendly and checked on us numerous times. The food was good and didn’t take a long time to arrive. That said, the mac n cheese didn’t really impress me and the meatball appetizer, while very tasty, seemed overpriced for only three meatballs. My focus was the burger though and that was very good.
